DO YOU NEED A TRANSCRIPT SENT TO A COLLEGE OR SCHOLARSHIP ORGANIZATION? 
New Users
  1. Log onto www.parchment.com
  2. Click on “Sign Up Now”
  3. Complete your information
  4. Click on “No, I do not want to be discovered by colleges and scholarship programs looking for students like me.”
    *You can complete this step later at your convenience.
  5. Click “Sign Up.”
  6. Click within the first box that says, “Start by adding a school or organization that you attended.”
  7. Type “William Penn High School” and hit “Search”
  8. Click “Add” next to William Penn High School
  9. Fill in or check your information.
  10. Check the box “I waive my right to access.”
  11. Click on “Consent and Request.”
    1. Under your transcript, click “Order”
    2. Search for the organization you would like the transcript sent to.
    3. Select the organization
    4. Click “Save and Continue”
    5. Click “Continue”
    6. Sign and Submit
Already Registered
  1. Log onto www.parchment.com
  2. Click on “Sign In”
  3. If you have not added William Penn High School already…
    1. “Start by adding a school or organization that you attended.” within the first box
      1. See New User steps 5-14
         
  4. If you already added WPHS….
    1. Click on “Order”
    2. Search for the organization you would like the transcript sent to.
    3. Select the organization
    4. Click “Save and Continue”
    5. Click “Continue”
    6. Sign and Submit​
